What styles of yoga can you practise with me?

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga (pronounced 'Ha-tuh') tends to be practised at a slower-pace, focusing on foundational yoga postures and breathwork. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a more meditative practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

Dynamic, flowing sequences that link breath with movement. These classes tend to involve a little more cardiovascular fitness while maintaining a mindful approach. A vinyasa class will usually incorporate several rounds of a specific sequence, flowing from Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog or Cobra, to Downward-Facing Dog.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Specially designed for expectant mothers, focusing on safe movements, breathing techniques, and preparation for birth. Having experienced three pregnancies and two (very different) births myself, I care deeply about helping you find your flow during pregnancy.

Hot Yoga

Practiced in a heated room (25-40°C), these classes help muscles warm up quickly, allowing for deeper stretches and increased flexibility. Great for stress relief, loved by athletes and arthritis sufferers alike!

Fitness Fun

My signature 'rave-style' yoga classes set to energizing soundtracks with special lighting. All the benefits of yoga with a party atmosphere - these classes are pure joy!
