
Online Prenatal Yoga Classes
Nurture your body, calm your mind, and connect with your baby through gentle, expert-led prenatal yoga. These live online classes are designed specifically for pregnancy; helping you move with confidence, reduce discomfort, and prepare for birth in a safe, supportive space.

Movement
Gentle, pregnancy-safe movement helps to ease common aches and pains, improve posture, and build strength for birth. Each class supports your changing body, helping you stay active, mobile, and comfortable as your pregnancy progresses.

Relaxation
Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and sink into deep rest. Through calming breathwork and guided relaxation, you’ll reduce stress, improve sleep, and create a sense of calm, for both you and your baby.

Connection to Baby
Each session begins with a moment of mindfulness - and an opportunity to tune inwards, helping you build a deeper bond with your baby. This intentional connection supports emotional wellbeing and creates space to slow down, listen, and truly experience your pregnancy.
What To Expect
Join a welcoming, one-hour online class each Tuesday (12:00 – 13:00 GMT), designed especially for expectant mothers from your 12th week of pregnancy. Led by an experienced prenatal yoga teacher and mum of two, each session combines mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
No previous yoga experience needed.
You’ll be guided through safe, adaptable practices you can trust, with options to rest whenever you need. All you need is a device to stream the class from, a yoga mat, some cushions, and a little space at home.
You can interact with the teacher, ask questions or request stretches to target areas that need a little extra attention each week. Practise with your camera on or off, this is your time!
Once you have booked into the class, you will be sent a link to the Zoom session.

My name is Natalia Radcliffe
Natalia Radcliffe is a fully qualified maternity yoga teacher and mother of two, with a deep understanding of the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy.
Her teaching is rooted in both professional training and lived experience, allowing her to support you with empathy, reassurance, and care at every stage.
She has guided many women through pregnancy with a calm, nurturing approach that prioritises safety, comfort, and confidence.
Natalia’s classes are known for their soothing pace, clear guidance, and ability to help you truly switch off from the outside world.
Whether this is your first baby or not, you’ll be supported to move in a way that feels good for your body, connect with your breath, and create meaningful moments with your baby each week.
