What to expect?
Specially designed classes for expectant mothers, supporting you through pregnancy with safe, effective practices. As a mum of two, I understand the needs of pregnant bodies. I am a fully qualified pre-natal teacher and have guided many women through their pregnancies. I host a one hour, online pregnancy yoga class every Tuesday between 12:00 - 13:00 GMT. The class is hosted via Zoom. You can practise with your camera on or off. You'll just need some floor space, a yoga mat and some cushions (if you have a yoga bolster, that's even better!). It doesn't matter if you've never practised yoga before - you wont be doing a headstand or wrapping yourself up like a pretzel. Each week the class begins with mindfulness and connection to your baby (or babies!) then we slowly start to move our bodies. We finish the class with relaxation and breathwork. Throughout the class you will have the opportunity to rest, and I will offer you different variations of postures to ensure you're comfortable. It's just £15 per session when you buy a 6 class plan, or you can purchase a single class for £17.
